Seek urgent medical attention for progressive leg weakness, new bladder or bowel problems, or numbness around the groin or saddle region. Those symptoms should not wait for a routine chiropractic appointment.
Disc concerns do not all require the same response
If you have been told you have a bulging or herniated disc, bring the relevant report and explain how symptoms are affecting your life. Imaging findings need to be considered alongside the history and examination; a description on a scan does not, by itself, tell us which treatment you need.
